Beat Records è lieta di presentare su CD la colonna sonora originale di Alessandro Alessandroni con tema d’amore di Ennio Morricone per IL GIRO DEL MONDO DEGLI INNAMORATI DI PEYNET (aka LE TOUR DU MONDE DES AMOREUX DE PEYNET) un film d’animazione del 1974 diretto da Cesare Perfetto, sceneggiatura di Cesare Perfetto, Raymond Peynet, Vezio Melegari. Per questo capolavoro dell’animazione Italiana che in Giappone ebbe un successo incredibile, Alessandro Alessandroni ha composto un commento musicale semplicemente delizioso descrivendo in musica tutti i paesi visitati dalla famosissima coppia di fidanzatini e per l’autore fu un vero e proprio tour de force scrivere temi ispirati alle tradizioni musicali di ciascun territorio come un sirtaki greco, musica rinascimentale per Firenze, cori russi per la piazza Rossa, cori tirolesi per fiumi di birra, momenti mistico religiosi per un tramonto romano e San Pietro, musica pop per gli Stati Uniti, insomma il giro del mondo in musica. Ennio Morricone ha scritto un romanticissimo tema d’amore chiamato “Forse basta (un fiore)” che viene ripreso con numerosi arrangiamenti strumentali, ma anche con la performance del coro dei Cantori Moderni. Questo bellissimo motivo del M°Morricone è infine cantato dalla voce meravigliosa del compianto Demis Roussos. All’epoca solamente in Giappone, dove ebbe un successo incredibile nella sale cinematografiche, uscì un 33 giri su etichetta Seven Seas (FML-25) con venti selezioni in stereo. Nell’arco degli ultimi vent’anni questa colonna sonora evergreen è stata ristampata in Italia e in Giappone su CD e vinile. Finalmente ritorna sul mercato nell’edizione completa con 38 tracce dai master tapes stereo della sessione originale ed una durata totale di 76:10 per la gioia dei fans della Musica da Film di grande qualità ed un omaggio sincero ad Alessandro Alessandroni e Ennio Morricone sempre nei nostri cuori.

Beat Records is happy to present on CD the original score by Alessandro Alessandroni with love theme by Ennio Morricone for IL GIRO DEL MONDO DEGLI INNAMORATI DI PEYNET (aka LE TOUR DU MONDE DES AMOREUX DE PEYNET) a 1974 animated movie directed by Cesare Perfetto, with a screenplay by Cesare Perfetto, Raymond Peynet and Vezio Melegari. For this masterpiece of Italian animation (which enjoyed incredible success in Japan), Alessandro Alessandroni composed a simply delicious musical score describing through music all of the countries visited by the famous sweethearts, and for the composer, it was a real tour de force writing themes inspired by the musical traditions of each territory, such as a Greek sirtaki, Renaissance music for Florence, Russian choirs for Red Square, Tyrolean choirs for rivers of beer, mystical religious moments for a Roman sunset and San Pietro and pop music for the United States--in short, a musical trip around the world. Ennio Morricone wrote a very romantic love theme called "Forse basta (un fiore),” which is reprised with numerous instrumental arrangements, including performances by the Cantori Moderni choir. This beautiful motif by Maestro Morricone is also given a vocal treatment, performed by the wonderful voice of the late Demis Roussos. At the time, a 33 rpm record with twenty selections in stereo was released on the Seven Seas label (FML-25) in Japan, where it had incredible success in cinemas, and over the past twenty years, this evergreen soundtrack has been reissued in Italy and Japan on both CD and vinyl. Finally, it returns to the market in this complete edition with 38 tracks from the stereo master tapes of the original sessions, for a total duration of 76:10, much to the delight of fans of high quality film music.
