THE ADVENTURES OF GAMBA (GAMBA NO BOUKEN) (2CD)

A soundtrack album commemorating the 50th anniversary of the TV anime "THE ADVENTURES OF GAMBA" (GAMBA NO BOUKEN), which aired in 1975, is now available!

The theme song and background music (BGM) have been compiled onto two CDs!

The music was composed by Takeo Yamashita, who worked on the TV anime "Lupin the Third (Part 1)" and the TV drama "Playgirl". His versatile score, incorporating Latin, jazz, and scat singing, brought Gamba and his friends' adventures to life.

This album features the complete collection of background music (BGM) preserved on music tapes, including tracks not previously released on any album and songs not used in the series itself. Some tracks not found on the music tapes were sourced from the ME (Music & Effect) tapes.

As a special track, the album also includes a demo recording of the theme song sung by composer Takeo Yamashita!

The booklet features a reprinted interview with Takeo Yamashita, music commentary, and a track list.
