Digitmovies presenta su LP la OST di Bruno Nicolai per il film “…e poi non ne rimase
nessuno” (aka “Ten little indians” – “…And then there were none”).
COLONNA SONORA
Questo LP non sarebbe mai stato possibile se la Edipan non avesse conservato nei
suoi archivi due master mono in buone condizioni (i Mix stereo sono andati persi).
Purtroppo non è stato possibile eliminare alcuni difetti magnetici. Abbiamo potuto
portare alla luce una OST che contiene tutti i ben noti ed apprezzati elementi
musicali del M° Nicolai: fasce d’archi dissonanti, effetti sperimentali ed un evocativo
tema principale di tipo classico, ambiguo e misterioso, accompagnato da ritmi Pop.

Richard Attenborough, Gert Fröbe, Herbert Lom, Charles Aznavour, Maria Rohm,
Adolfo Celi, Stéphane Audran, Alberto de Mendoza, Orson Welles (solo voce).
TRAMA
Uno sconosciuto che si firma U.N. Owen invita dieci persone, attirate con strani
pretesti, a soggiornare su un'isolata dimora nel deserto dell'Iran. Il centro abitato più
vicino è a duecento miglia e la casa non ha telefoni. Appena arrivati non trovano il
padrone di casa, però sentono la sua voce incisa su un nastro registrato, che li
accusa di vari delitti da loro commessi ed ancora impuniti, per i quali tutti
pagheranno con la loro vita. Da questo momento i presenti inizieranno ad essere
uccisi uno per volta. Solo in due si salveranno: Vera Clyde e Hugh Lombard, che non
hanno commesso i crimini di cui Owen li accusa, essendo stati convocati per errore.

SOUNDTRACK
This LP would not have been possible if Edipan hadn’t conserved two mono masters
in good conditions in its archives (stereo mixes have gone lost). Unfortunately it was
not possible to cancel some magnetic flaws. We brought to life an OST that contains
all the popular and well respected music elements of Maestro Nicolai: dissonant
strings segments, experimental effects of an evocative classical main theme,
ambiguous and mysterious, accompanied by pop rithms.

PLOT
A stranger that calls himself U.N. Owen invites ten people to stay at an isolated
house in the Iran desert, drawning them with weird excuses. The nearest town is
twohundred miles away and there are no phone in the house. Once arrived, they
don’t meet the house owner but they hear his voice recorded while he accuses them
of several homicides still unpunished, for which they would pay with their lives. From
this moment on, they will start to get killed one by one. Only two of them will save
themselves: Vera Clyde and Hugh Lombard, who didn’t commit the crime Owen
accused them of, since they were mistakenly called to the house.
