Il film 7 volte 7, diretto da Michele Lupo nel 1968, è una commedia brillante con sfumature da heist movie, in stile molto british, ma con una forte identità italiana. Il cast internazionale (tra cui Gastone Moschin, Lionel Stander e Raimondo Vianello) interpreta una squadra di detenuti che evade dal carcere solo per rapinare la Banca d'Inghilterra... e poi tornare comodamente in cella, sfruttando il carcere come alibi perfetto.
